Cows of the Serengeti

Here in the deepest, wildest heart of Africa, the intrepid explorer will sometimes chance across nature at its most raw.

This is the primordial cow, engaged in one of the most primordial acts: gathering at a water hole. But, what is this? An interloper! As you can see, Florabell has moved to block the road, beginning a loud series of resonant "moo" sounds to warn the other cows. Suddenly, Clarence appears on the scene to make sure the intruder goes on his merry way.

So, once Florabell got a brain - to the extent these beautiful creatures have one - and got out of my way, I drove away.
