Mt Gleason is a 6,530' peak across the way from Pacifico Mountain.
You can follow a 20 mile roundtrip hike to it along the PCT, but since there's a road to the top I biked it. The road is usually closed but I was able to drive up it a bit. The road is asphalt most of the way but there's a brief dirt section. There's also some gain on the return.
On the way there's a memorial to the two firefighters who lost their lives in the Station Fire. There's also the remains of a Nike missile site.
The summit is large and rounded. I wasn't able to find a register or a benchmark and I wasn't exactly clear what is the true summit so I just visited each of the candidates.
There's a video of part of the return here: youtube.com/shorts/prZ38zxY0Ds
And, yes, I could get some sort of phone attachment thing but at least it's a step up from when I'd hang my camera around my neck.
